PITLOCHRY FESTIVAL THEATRE
A SPECIAL DAY OUT FOR GROUPS

Pitlochry Festival Theatre in autumn spendour

A visit to Pitlochry Festival Theatre makes a highly enjoyable group outing, and has been popular with a number of Members' Centres for many years. The Theatre offers special group discounts (8+ people) for tickets and catering, as well as a unique transport subsidy (20% refund on cost of coach or train travel).

This is what Anne Robertson, organiser for Eastwood & District Members' Centre, had to say about an outing to PFT in 2016:

"One of the most successful outings we have ever arranged". And then she went on to book for 2017, and 2018!

The 2018 summer Season at "The Theatre in the Hills" opens on 25th May with the musical, Chicago. The longest-running American musical in Broadway and West End history, Chicago returns to its vaudeville roots in a spectacular PFT production that promises wit, pizazz and red hot jazz... Featuring the largest live band ever to appear in a Summer Season musical and a multi-talented cast of 16, Chicago is truly a show to die for!

The Season's programme of plays runs in repertoire with the musical through to mid-October and offers an entertaining mix of drama, comedy and satire and, this year, a thriller. Choose from:-

Or, if a Christmas visit would suit your group better, you could follow the yellow brick road to Pitlochry between 23rd November and 23rd December, for the wonderful Wizard of Oz.
