The Glasgow Members' Centre of the National Trust for Scotland has a winter series of talks between November and March. Talks are free to members and visitors are welcome for a donatio n of £3 per meeting. New Members are always welcome.
We have arranged a full programme of meetings for the 2023-2024 winter season. Our meetings will be held in Renfrew St. Stevens, 260 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JP on Wednesday sfternoon starting at 2.00pm. Details are given below.
Lecture Series : October 2023 - March 2024
- Wednesday 8th November 2023 at 14:00.
- Iain Wotherspoon, Chair of the Architectural Society of Glasgow, will give a talk about the actors in his family's past entitled "Actors in the Family".
- Wednesday 10th January 2024 at 14:00.
- The Ronald McIvor Lecture.
Niall Murphy, Director of Glasgow City Heritage Trust, will give a talk entitled "Glasgow City Heritage Trust". - Wednesday 14th February 2024 at 14:00.
- A.G.M followed by a talk by Liz Davidson entitled "Working for the National Trust for Scotland".
- Wednesday 13th March 2024 at 14:00
- Samuel Gallacher, Keeper of the Burrell Collection, will give a talk entitled "The Burrell Collecxtion".
